Lauren started out in the veterinary field at 14 years old, (5 years old if you count the fake fixing up of her childhood dog) and has now been in veterinary medicine for nearly 20 years. Lauren has worked in a variety of departments including: emergency/critical care, internal medicine, surgery, as well as holding a few different leadership roles. In her free time, Lauren spends time DIYing with her husband around the house, gardening, and hiking. Lauren has three rescue animals, a chihuahua, pit bull, and a three-legged little black cat (who has no idea she’s supposed to have four legs).
