Dr. Rhiannon Koehler is a veterinarian and freelance medical writer. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees from the University of Missouri. She is the founder of Evergreen Medical Writing, a company focused on pet owner, clinician, and patient education, as well as biomedical grant-writing. Outside of writing, she performs surgery for an animal shelter and low-cost veterinary clinic. Dr. Koehler is a proud dog and cat mom who enjoys spending time with her wife, taking long walks, and reading.
